Terms of Service

These Terms govern Lumanoa, a care-coordination service operated by Lumanoa Holdings LLC.
1. What Lumanoa is
Lumanoa helps adults coordinate everyday care information with invited family members and caregivers. Features may include Care Teams, medications, appointments, Daily Activities, vitals, notes, chat, scanning-assisted entry, calendar tools, medication-list review, and Visit Prep reports.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 to hold an account. A care recipient may be a child or person of any age. You must have appropriate authority to enter or share another person’s information.
3. Care Team responsibilities
You are responsible for appropriate invitations and permissions, protecting credentials, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
4. Care information
Lumanoa records information entered or confirmed by users. Absence of a record is not proof that an event did or did not occur. Health-related information is displayed for coordination and is not clinically interpreted.
5. Scanning
Automated medication and appointment extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. Review and confirm information before saving or relying on it.
6. Visit Prep
Doctor Visit and Hospital / ER reports summarize information recorded in Lumanoa and selected by the Care Team. They are coordination aids, not clinical records or medical conclusions.
7. Emergencies and medical advice
Lumanoa does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medication or dosage recommendations, emergency monitoring, or clinical interpretation. Contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional when needed.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, impersonate others, violate privacy or other rights, or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
9. Plans and pricing
Lumanoa may offer a free tier and paid features under Lumanoa Complete. Current planned launch pricing is $14.99/month or $129/year for one Complete care recipient, with additional Complete recipients planned at $4.99/month or $49.99/year each, up to five paid Complete recipients at launch. There is no planned per-caregiver charge. Final price, taxes, included features, and store-specific terms will be shown before purchase and may change as permitted by law.
10. Founding Beta
Eligible Founding Beta access may provide promotional access without payment. It is account-bound, nontransferable, has no cash value, and may be revoked for fraud, abuse, account compromise, or material misuse—not merely to force an eligible participant to begin paying.
11. Suspension and deletion
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address material violations. Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Service changes
Lumanoa is evolving. Features, limits, providers, plans, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
13. User content
You retain rights you have in content you submit and grant Lumanoa the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and handle it to operate and secure the Service consistent with the Privacy Policy.
14. Lumanoa property
The Service, software, design, branding, and other Lumanoa materials are owned by Lumanoa Holdings LLC or its licensors, except user content and third-party materials.
15. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lumanoa Holdings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages to the extent such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern the Service. Governing-law, venue, arbitration, or other dispute-resolution provisions are intentionally not stated here pending final legal review before public launch.
